Lycee Montessori School Presents

Excitement is building as we prepare for our Summer Program 2026 ! Join us on an unforgettable journey as we explore stories, people, and places through exciting reading adventures.

During our nine-week program, each week introduces new books centered around fun and engaging themes designed to spark imagination and creativity in our young adventurers. Through storytelling, hands-on activities, music, movement, and art, children will learn in a dynamic and interactive environment.

We begin our summer with beloved author Eric Carle, famous for his unique painted tissue paper art style. Children will enjoy creative art projects inspired by his work, along with songs, movement activities, and hands-on learning experiences.

Next, we’ll explore the fascinating world of zoo animals and their habitats. Children will discover different species, learn about their environments, and gain a deeper appreciation for wildlife.

Our adventure continues as we set sail into a week full of pirate fun! Children will learn pirate terminology, dress up as pirates, follow treasure maps, and imagine life on the high seas.

After our ocean voyage, we head outdoors for a nature-filled camping experience. Children will explore fishing, hiking, and forest life while learning about woodland animals, singing songs, sharing campfire stories, and even making s’mores.

To wrap up June and kick off July, we dive into exciting science exploration. Through safe and engaging experiments, children will discover surprising reactions and celebrate the spirit of independence with a bang!

In July, we’ll step into the world of imagination with fairy tales, including different versions of The Three Little Pigs. Children will recreate stories, design costumes, decorate, and participate in themed games.

We’ll conclude our summer adventure by heading to the waterways, where children will explore oceans and beaches, discovering marine life and the wonders of the sea.

Join us as we see the world through the eyes of reading—where every page leads to a new adventure!
